Jennifer Bebon

Jen­nifer Bebon is a media rela­tions expert with more than 25 years of expe­ri­ence devel­op­ing strate­gic pub­lic rela­tions cam­paigns, new prod­uct launches, brand repo­si­tion­ing and social media cam­paigns for big brands, start-up e-com­merce sites and century-old, family-owned busi­nesses across a wide range of indus­tries. After grad­u­at­ing with a B.A. in eco­nom­ics from the Uni­ver­sity of Rich­mond, includ­ing stud­ies abroad at Lon­don School of Eco­nom­ics, she pur­sued a career in con­sumer prod­uct PR. Start­ing in the New York satel­lite office of a Boston-based PR agency, where she built an impres­sive port­fo­lio of national mag­a­zine cov­er­age for Reebok footwear, she then struck PR gold, land­ing a job at the #1 PR agency in the world, Hill and Knowl­ton, Inc. NY. A nat­ural at media rela­tions, Jen­nifer spent the next few years cul­ti­vat­ing a lifestyle reper­toire of such lux­ury brands as Chris­t­ian Dior Fra­grances and such iconic Amer­i­can brands as Cop­per­tone Sun­care Prod­ucts, Revlon, Pendle­ton Woolen Mills, Proc­ter & Gam­ble Hair Care and DuPont Cordura Nylon.

On start­ing a fam­ily, she launched MAX Com­mu­ni­ca­tions based in Fair­field, CT.  Musgo Real Shav­ing Prod­ucts for men and Eddie Bauer were among her first clients.  Since then, she’s worked on a num­ber of excit­ing brands, includ­ing Gar­den Botanika Skin­care, Tazo Tea Com­pany, Pendle­ton Woolen Mills, Optima Pre­scrip­tion Eye­glass Lenses, Amer­i­can Home Prod­ucts, Radio Shack, kid-e-sport.com, ShoeMall.com, Klaff’s home design empo­ri­ums, William Pitt Sotheby’s Inter­na­tional Realty, the DVD series “Amer­i­can Stock: The Golden Era of NASCAR”, Fair Indigo, Girlawhirl.com, Gault Energy and Stone, The Lau­rel­Rock Com­pany, Black­rock Realty, Sonsi.com, The Bellevue Collection, Orchard Brands and Isabel Garretón, among oth­ers. At the height of the dot.com boom, Jen­nifer took a hia­tus from Max Com­mu­ni­ca­tions to go in-house with a client, Kid-e-Sport.com.  There she cre­ated and launched  C’Mon Mom!, the country’s first sports edu­ca­tion pro­gram for mothers.

A resident of Fairfield, Conn. who loves art, garden design, cycling and her three dogs, Jennifer also maintains an apartment and office in Manhattan.
